About Me

With over 30 years of dedicated yoga practice, yoga is not just something I do—it’s an essential part of who I am. My daily practice brings me calm, balance, and grounding, and I’m passionate about sharing these benefits with others.

Since moving to Cirencester in the Cotswolds in March 2025, I’ve been delighted to discover new spaces to teach and connect with the local community.

 

As a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Accredited Teacher, I completed two years of in-depth training with Yoga Campus in the UK, graduating in January 2024. This foundation ensures my classes are safe, inclusive, and rooted in authentic yoga traditions.

My teaching philosophy is simple: I want to help you truly feel and understand your body and breath. My gentle, accessible flows are designed for everyone—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break. In each class, you can expect:

  • A welcoming space to connect with your breath and body

  • Gentle stretches to warm up and settle your mind

  • Flowing sequences with adaptable postures for all levels and abilities

  • Calming breathing exercises (Pranayama) to soothe the mind

  • Guided relaxation to leave you refreshed and restored
